Yeah not sure about Arteta. 11th In the league, out of both domestic cups and very little chance of doing much in Europa.

The FA cup win last season bought him time but surely that has run out now.

His league form since arriving has been horrific for a team like us.

I doubt a single Arsenal fan is sure about Arteta but it doesn’t mean we should get Benitez.

Arteta has until the 22/23 season to get the squad into position. Would take something big for him to get sacked before then.

I’m sure Arteta would’ve been good 20/30 years back. But his man management doesn’t suit modern day football. Ole has also been mocked by utd fans however so let’s see how Arteta plays out.

His man management doesn't wash in any days football, modern or otherwise. Because he doesn't have the buttload of previously won stuff, to his name. You wanna talk the talk like that, then you gotta be able to walk the walk to back it up. The CV of previous does that for you but when it doesn't you still have an outside chance of getting away with it. His chance faded away about 5 games in.

14 games of tripe and the worst league start in club history, firmly shout "Manager don't know sh !t" Players in any era won't stand for that. They've won more trophies than he has, so he can't come off like that and expect it to go down well with anyone but the kids.

I'd be well chuffed with Rafa but then I don't think anyone who already had heart surgery should keep managing. Pool nearly blew his heart up already so I dunno if I want him getting the stress of our mess.

A proper Arsenal legend. If Arteta was one, then his big man routine might have some credibility. I still maintain we should have gotten Viera, Bergkamp and Henry back here in various roles. Get Keown for the defenders as well.

Club made a big mistake when it took the "Obliterate any memory of Wenger's Arsenal" route. So live and learn, if it's not going to be a big established name then change tack and do what we should have in the first place. Put the legends back in to the Arsenal and I'd bet they'd bring the football back with them, pretty sharpish. Plus it's about the only thing that could essentially reunite what is a very fractured Arsenal fanbase. Everyone would fall in behind and the team get to truly feel supported again. I daresay it's easier to play good footy when you don't hate ya own fans

The majority of managers in the PL are better than Arteta. We should have got either Ancelotti, Allegri or even Jose.
