Klopp got Mainz relgated. Both been in management longer than Arteta who only got the job as the cheap option to better coaches out there. Hardly did much better in the league than the guy he replaced.

I think I've written about 4 comments.
Ole won a CL and so did Lampard. Our last manager got sacked just after winning the FA Cup and missing out on 4th on goal difference. Arteta hailed a genius.
That should say our last manager to win the FA Cup got sacked soon after. Interestingly if you look at expected goals for and against Lampard and Solskjaer are streets ahead of Arteta.
