Can’t get a refund this season, they put a clause in staying we couldn’t request a refund.

Rangers always had that clause as did most clubs I think.

In England practically every club have refunds, certainly in the top leagues.

I hit a significant refund from Celtic back in December and another reasonable one this month for non hospitality. I didn’t think I would so was quite happy with that. I’ve just agreed for them to hold it towards next season.

You genuinely hate them don’t you?

The zoom thing sounds bad but I can see why players or indeed anyone might not fancy it. You call up someone and ask is everything OK that's fine for a quick chat if they are. If they're not and you've not had proper training for counselling or dealing with this you might sound like you don't care when you just don't know what to say.

It looks bad but I can definitely see why somebody might rather not do it.

Add in that if you or the team just had a bad game and they are potentially vulnerable or emotional then you could get some unfair criticism fired at you with no scope to react properly
