VAR in terms of the concept is a good idea, if it's implemented correctly. It's just a tool. It was always going to take time to get everything in sync but it definitely makes for some frustrating situations.
It's been a blessing there haven't been crowds cos I think there would have been a few riots this season with some of the VAR decisions 😅
There’s nothing good about it, for me. Nothing at all.
It hasn’t improved the spectacle of the sport - quite the opposite - or, net over time, ironed out any injustice in the game.
Sadly, I think it’s inevitably here to stay, but I’d bin it tomorrow and for good if it was in my power.

I’m happy for him to get a couple of goals. I don’t enjoy the fact he’s been awful 90% of the season. Would love for him to turn it around. He shouldn’t be starting over Cavani though, that’s clear to see.

but those are the laws of the game right now so the ref got it spot on
no sympathy, we've been shafted by decisions recently and this would maybe have made a 9-0 result a 7-0 or 8-0 one instead

Given that you can’t get rid of the cuuuuunts behind the monitors, they’re an inherent part of the system.
I don’t think anyone is criticising the technology in isolation: it’s the whole process that’s intrinsically poor.
Didnt see the United game but for the Arsenal game we had Jon Moss as the VAR ref who is probably 1 of the worst refs out their.
How can you expect proper / correct decisions when it's the same clowns that ref matches who make these mistakes on a weekly basis.
How Moss thought Luiz was a red card when he literally was running behind the Wolves players is shocking.

Martial’s play is too subtle for you. Sometimes, even when he doesn’t score, he makes those sound him play well. But I don’t expect you to see that. Your knowledge is limited to scoring and getting assists.
VAR screwed over our season. If we had won that Sheffield United game the momentum we would have carried away to Arsenal would have meant less of them feeling sorry for themselves.

To be fair clog dancing is more his forte.
Should really just be for an obvious error. Like if someone is offside by 1mm is that really gaining an advantage? No, so if the ref rules it out, or gives it they should just go with that. Unless it’s an obvious bigger margin VAR should leave it. I guess you’d then have people arguing about if it was a mm into gaining advantage zone or not. But there has to be some common sense brought in somehow, being a mm offside isn’t making any difference on the goal being scored. Needs to be back into refs judging it more on field unless they’ve missed something totally, or for goal line tech
