The way our fans talk about the 'treatment' of Dele is laughable. Anyone would think he had been banished to Guantanamo Bay LOL.
He has been dropped and now been offered a route back after Jose confirmed yday they have found common ground. He is also injured at the moment too, so no bed wetting when he is not the in the squad later today LOL

The point is that Jose's methods ostracise players. Look at the kind of football Luke Shaw is playing now at United. He's knocking on the England door again. Then there's the renaissance of Pogba. Some players are more sensitive than others so they require a different approach. Some need to be scared into pushing themselves. Others need to be told how amazing they are. I think Jose's man-management skills are woeful.
A manager's job is to get players playing their best football as individuals and as a team. I actually think he's already ripped up any harmony there once was in the group. It comes across as fractured for me, a bit like it was at United.
He's toxic. He's got to go.

Dele on the other hand looked for an escape route to PSG. That's shameful if you ask me. One would hope Dele looks at Ndombele (although he should not have to) and see the progress he had made.
This is whole 'treatment of Dele' is snowflakey at best. After the Mourinho bounce, Dele quickly down tools again like he did with Poch. Maybe he is a cancer in the dressing room?
Anyone who watched clips of Dele in the documentary cannot have thought after watching " Wow Dele is a winner, he is so hungry and motivated to the best". He is a smart ar5e and came across as entitled.
It such a shame though because his stats at one point were unreal. It is very hard to come back to be the same player once they drop off. See Bale for example but Dele is alot younger so there is hope for him yet.

Football changes. Players change. There's a reason managers have a drop off later in their careers (aside from Fergie who cleverly evolved) and it's as much to do with man-management as it is outdated tactics. Screaming at players doesn't cut the mustard anymore. Those that do get phased out as there's a more power in the dressing room than there used to be. That's where the clubs assets reside. If you continually polarise opinion in the dressing room, eventually one of those assets is gonna want out. It's all about being clever and making every last one feel wanted. That's what Klopp and Pep do. Every single player would run through brick walls for them. Jose has a favoured first 11 and the hell with the rest. Whether one is right or wrong doesn't matter. Only the former works nowadays.

This is debatable. I doubt he knows his best 11. The back four apart from Reg are a lottery.

Even though it was with another club it was such a heinous crime it cannot possibly be forgotten.
For that alone he should be sacked not even taking into consideration how much of a cant he is.
