A sign of where we are, hasnt been an article on this page since yesterday, what has been the biggest game of our season the last 2 years and nobody is talking about it.

Cant say im confident at all. This is a different city, we wont be able to blow them away with quickfire goals. 0-2 for me. Hopefully I am proved wrong.

I can see City being satisfied with a 0-0 (or any draw) here today. Looking at this weekend's results, City don't need to go for the win, rather just match the results at worst.

any other team at least one defender would start. I think Klopp fears the movement of the city front 5 so having Henderson and especially Fabinho is the right call. Phillips would have been a disaster.

Just curious at the Curtis Jones selection ahead of Milner. It will either be a master stroke or backfire if the young lad coughs up posession

Milner has had a hamstring niggle for weeks.

Jones probably has the energy and speed to keep up with City's positional play whereas Milner's lack of speed is becoming more and more noticeable as time goes on so I'm not sure he would have coped with the intensity in this game imo.
