VDB definitely not as effective as Bruno. But maybe he's a more consistent passer of the ball if given the chance.

He's made a couple of runs, but they have tended to be when Fred had the ball and Fred aint gonna make those passes.

It's an interesting one because it does seem to be Co ordinated that Martial can come deep and Donny goes and gets on the last shoulder, and vice versa

I think VdBs biggest problem at the moment is being compared to Bruno, and people expecting him to do the same thing as Bruno does.

Would expect him to be more involved in the build up

I would actually like to see VDB get more game time in Europe.

When it's feasible obviously. If we're winning comfortably in a game/round. I think for this season, he maybe better suited there.

his movement at the mo is causing problems & he's making some good runs, but the main problem is that if Bruno or Pogba were on the pitch, someone would be able to find him, but instead it's Fred, and he can't

But see where fred just had the ball I'd expect donny to be coming to receive it off him and link play with the forwards. He stayed on the 18 yard box and ran side to side
