Got a clot in an artery and felt like my chest was going to burst, luckily got an ambulance and straight to James hospital, stent in, blood started flowing again and I'm still here!

Itll be another 2 so strap in. Only construction and schools will open this side of April

I got really lucky, and take the lesson so smokes gone, better diet and more exercise, ill make a full recovery and feel surprisingly good.

The stuff about the left arm is defo true, I thought it was bad indigestion but just got worse, heavy pressure on the chest and difficult to breath. Just got worse and worse.
