Not a vintage performance from our greatest young talent Hudson-Odoi yesterday in terms of attacking intent (times when he should have shot) but entitled to have an off day after a string of consistently impressive displays (dating back to Frank' reign).
That being said still managed to create some chances, which should have been buried.

In an defensive sense Callum is overwhelmingly good & positive, always in the optimal body shape position to defend now (Pulisic is going to have a hard time replicating that if they are fighting for the same position, doesn't have the nous).
Worked his socks off defensively to the point of exhaustion, that's another part of his game that has stuck in the mind of Tuchel.

He’s much an improved player and very impressed with his defensive duties under TT. That said, he needs to be more positive in front of the goal aka Robben and Hazard, also needs to work on his decision making.

Hudson-Odoi' decision-making is top-notch...that's been evident from daydot (illustrated time and time in the advanced underlying metrics), one of many reasons why he was fast-tracked into the first-team and held in high regard.
Has the cognitive ability to see things which aren't obvious.

Notable decision-making, depth, variation and angles to his final third play which is unmatched, sets him apart from certain run-of-the-mill one-dimensional attackers.
Never plays with tunnel-vision, many strings to Cal's bow and repertoire (that are essential in breaking-down low compact sides).

Plays at a standard which belies his age, in attack and defence.
Gotten his mojo back, a delight to watch.

The ones that have chosen to slander and villify him (for whatever reason) during his recovery period from a terrible injury and still are to this day are brain-dead, no two ways about it

I doubt Hudson Odoi will make it at Chelsea. Probably end up at Crystal Palace or Brighton or someone like that

In terms of cross deliveries in the box he is up there. But, he should take more risks in terms of penetration into the opposition box, and he has the ability to that, needs that confidence to impose himself. Some of his decision making yesterday weren’t there. Trust TT will iron that in time.

'Some of his decision making yesterday weren’t there.'

I already mentioned that in my very first post, that's not his usual standard thankfully. Anomaly last night.
He's allowed to have one or two, certain senior players have served up far worse for longer and don't get as much stick.
