I think Maryhillbear has a point and he is merely quoting Mr. Lennon.

He did exactly the same for the disallowed goal. Linesman was happy to give a goal, ref didnt know what was happening and I actually think it was the guy behind the goal that gave a foul even though I thought it was offside too. Why is a conspiracy to state facts? The ref was so poor last night, does that count as a conspiracy too?

20 or 30 seconds? Have a word with yourself Lennon. I would estimate between 4 and 7 seconds before the decision was made. I am sure the ref was aware what the outcome would be if he gave a penalty and then changed his decision as it would have been a "windies put in and calls for his dismissal" moment.
