Majority of them in that list have been at the club since childhood.

You sign several thousand children every summer as well

You even signed my cat a couple of years ago

You promised him Premier League football.

I see the envy is palpable

Have you seen your youth on loan list currently Boris

Nevertheless, you do have about 100 players on your books if you include the loanees.

Maybe we are copying your business model.

Its mostly to make money. I cant defend it from a traditional view of academies and youth teams

Many of them get careers out of it though

Should actually be another reason to praise it. We have several academy graduates who have gone on to make a fantastic living in the pl or other professional leagues. People use it as a stick to beat us with but the Loan system has helped several players get good careers
