Fair enough think Tonali is the one with the highest ceiling personally out of all those players. Diaby will be a foreign next season so thought Nouri for him would be a fair swap given he is still an U21 and will hopefully be given more playing time next season.

No rush. We can take the GK's out if you want as was only offering Drągowski because he's U23 and is still one of the best keepers in Serie A.
