Leeds 2-3 Chelsea

A win would be massive as we have a nightmarish set of March fixtures. Tuchel is due a first loss, maybe we can inflict it, I'm not expecting it.

If Paul Heckibgbottom can manage in the PL then we can win this. 6-0. Roberts hat trick?

Just when we're all expecting the worst we go and win - here's hoping.

I find it very strange watching you against the top clubs.

You either complete with them well and arguably are the better side (Liverpool away, City home, Leicester away, Arsenal home) or you're all over the place and basically become a team they can almost do spam pace against (Arsenal away, Chelsea away, United away, Leicester home, Spurs away).

I guess you prefer it to the Pulis way of approaching these type of games but certainly a lot to learn for Bielsa going forward.

Leeds and Chelsea have has 103 recorded head to head meetings in the histories of both clubs ..Of which:
Chelsea wins 35
Leeds wins. 39
Draws. 29
All being fair in love and war I'd say Chelsea are due to win this game, if anything to balance up the statistics.

Good points but I’m hoping this goes the same way as Leicester away and Southampton at home - less possession but a comfortable win.

We’ve not lost a game yet when we’ve had less or the same amount of possession as the opponent.

The pitch won’t help though as both teams like to pass and move. Unfortunately it’s usually pass, move and slip over.

Natureally going to struggle against some of those sides a bit, though. Comes down to the quality of player. Having played and matched a lot of those sides this season is better than I expected, and demonstrates that there is room for us to really push on if we can improve the team consistently, and also if we can start to get players back fit.

Not sure there's much that Bielsa would want to learn from the sorts of managers who just set up shop in these sorts of games. He will just want to play his way but do it better than we have at times this season.

I didn't mean by saying feck it lets set up like Pulis more working out ways to prevent you being easily exploited as you have been at times.

When it's worked it's really worked but when it doesn't you've looked really vulnerable for a tonking.

Tomorrow I could see you getting a result and fully deserving of one but equally I could see Chelsea getting a comfortable win by playing balls over the top to Werner and Pulisic.

On current form, it’s Chelsea all day, but if Bielsa puts out the team that played the second half against the Hammers, I think we can surprise them. Come on, Marcelo, play Harrison and Rodrigo from the start and let’s see how they deal with that. Paddy to notch up another one against his old club, 1-0 Leeds.

Weird one. His 'analysis' only really praised Chelsea, and then said we might make it difficult. Then he predicted us to win.

It is an odd prediction. He’s been right a few times about our results this season (wins and defeats). The only straw I can clutch at the moment is that our losing streak will end sooner or later as must their winning streak. Logic points to a comfortable Chelsea victory, but given our Jekyll and Hyde season, who knows?

🎼“Wash yer mouth out son, and go get yer father’s gun” ... sorry but old habits die hard😁

Ok, lets go for an audacious 3-1 home win with Paddy, Raph and Coops for us ... and yes ok, Mount for you lot.

Mirrorman, if they all played in this era we would end up with a 5 a side match. But they were great matches to watch.
