But it was a dull performance. If one of those goes in it doesn’t change that. The scoreline doesn’t always reflect the quality and entertainment of a performance - as we’ve seen so often this season.

Yeah I don't hate in James like some and I think he has uses in some games but just a passenger here

As an attacking player surely it can’t be fun playing in our team, especially at home where we have no pace or creativity in the play at all?

I’d be going nuts at the lack of urgency and ambition if I was on the pitch as a forward

They are as much to blame... no movement, little trickery to beat a man.

But we’ve still been dull. And West Ham have had no ambition to attack us, so it’s not surprising we’ve been so comfortable and controlled things. My point is that even if it was 1-0, or even 2-0, it’s still been a dull performance, lacking in quality.

True.but as a team whos never been clinical its funny fans think we should be 2-0 with 1 cc chance created, we usually need to create double digit chances to get a few goals.which is tye frustating thing

Brighton put 2 past Southampton. We need a manager that can do that.
