Sandy, I have to disagree somewhat.......
but I don't blame you one bit for feeling the way you do.
This was a season killing result.
And I did not see it coming.....although I did think Spurs should have scored 3 at WHL.
However, if you look at the squad that was put on the pitch tonight,.........
Back four: Aurier, Sanchez ,Dier, Davies....
does Mourinho really think that lot won't leak goals?
Why not start Toby and Reguilon?
And then, to control the game in the center,.....
Sissoko, Winks.!!!
My God, those two together aren't going to do anything.
Of the starters tonight, I would get rid of Aurier, Sanchez, Dier, Davies and Winks.
And then you do have to think about sacking Mourinho.......
for the sake of your own sanity!
So all on the player and not the manager?
Wow, that's deep denial
Matthew Rose, who works in the club as a DJ, arrives and breaks up the struggle, but Saskia, hysterical, fights him off and goes for Steve again. Steve reaches for the nearest object, an ashtray, and gives Saskia a brutal blow to the head, killing her instantly.
JM has publicly spoken about his feelings for the Europa cup. He said " I don't want any of my players playing in this competition " ,his own words. he also said that The Europa cup was not a proper competition for seriously minded teams. Admittedly this was a hit at Benitez who had just won the trophy with Chelsea.
You all should not be shocked at last nights result with a manager who openly and publicly disrespects the competition.

You said they were as good as any squad in the league
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They should have been, but they simply haven't pushed on. Time for big changes now.

Instead once again Kane failed to score when it really matters.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
So the two he scored to put us in a commanding position dont count then as really mattering?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No, they don't count, because the tie was over two legs, and Spurs lost I think you need to learn the rules of European football Grandspur.

Would you rebuild under a new manager op?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Football is a results business. If a manager does not get results, then he usually gets the sack. So yes of course a rebuild will take place under a new manager if that is what it takes.
Ridiculous article. You just say stuff for a reaction Sandy.
Kane’s record against the ‘big 6’ is very good. He’s scored in semi-finals for us. You make it sound like we’ve played in a dozen semi’s and finals? We’ve been in about four during his time at Spurs.
We’re much more likely to get to semi’s with him than without him. FACT.
Sandy I know it's fine to change your mind but you were saying early season when things were OK that the squad was up there with the best in the league.
Despite having clear deficiencies it's not ridiculous to think its at least a top 5 squad and top 4 capable, especially with 2 of the best players in the league in our ranks.
