Ah Irlams o’ th’ height, the last bastion of decency before you head off to the dark lands of warrington and merseyside
Irlams o’ th’ height is nowhere near Irlam.
Ah when he said they were working in the city centre I presumed he was talking about irlams not irlam
'th’ height isn't a bad place tbh but it's surrounded by rougharse estates.

If he has around 250k to spend. Better to buy a house in the south of Warrington than Irlam.
Has good transport links, and the property values will increase more.

Locking Stumps or Gorse Covert near Birchwood
Great motorway links and Birchwood Train Station with links to both Manchester and Liverpool
I go to Thewell quite often.
Nice place but I can imagine it being expensive.

It is. Especially given its proximity to Lymm
I live in Locking Stumps
Great Primary School nearby plus you have the Birchwood Centre and ASDA
Also, Culcheth is just down the road if you prefer local shops. Plus plenty of pubs and cafes/restaurants.
