'th’ height isn't a bad place tbh but it's surrounded by rougharse estates.

If he has around 250k to spend. Better to buy a house in the south of Warrington than Irlam.

Has good transport links, and the property values will increase more.

I go to Thewell quite often.

Nice place but I can imagine it being expensive.

It is. Especially given its proximity to Lymm

I live in Locking Stumps

Great Primary School nearby plus you have the Birchwood Centre and ASDA

Also, Culcheth is just down the road if you prefer local shops. Plus plenty of pubs and cafes/restaurants.
