My fear is Levy will pick a manager that nether Kane, Son nor Lloris respect. It will all go toxic pretty quickly again.
Nagelsmann is not it for me. I’m still a big Allegri fan. His teams have a good work ethic and can transition with a game plan that would suit our forwards.
Plus, he knows how to win a league.
I think we have a left footed CB already infact he has to left feet. Sanchez.

Dont know much about Allgri is a Jose type or does he he at least coach and drill a team?
I don't think midfield is an issue.
PEH, Ndombele and Lo Celso is a great three. Skipp should be pushing next season too.
CB and RB are the critical areas for me. No idea who though

Problem is no clubs have any money to buy players with the pandemic, so nothing much will happen in or out for at least another season or two.

You could do worse. The patterns of play that Brighton play are lovely and tactically he seems on it.

Everything in his career so far points to him ending up as successful as Poch

I doubt Spurs will change manager just yet mate. They would have to pay of Jose, and then put a package together for a new manager, with absolutely no money coming in through the turnstiles. I don`t see anything changing next season.

Too big a step.
Last thing we need is some top half rookie to try and lead us to the promised land when we have the likes of Kane and Son et al looking to win stuff in thelast few years of their careers.
We have a pretty big and expensive squad that needs some obvious upgrades. We need experience to get these improvements through the door, not another project and bargain basement shopping

It`s an OK three. Certainly not a great three. Nowhere on the level of when Eriksen and Dembele were at the club.
As Greatteams said. It’s no bigger a step than what Poch or Rodgers had done. Potter at least has European pedigree and a history of winning things as well

Well that isn't strictly true. There will be plenty of movement this summer. Granted Spurs are unlikely to go big due to stadium payments but you'll see Chelsea, City, United, Bayern, PSG and Madrid all go fairly big this summer.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I doubt it, they have had no money coming in either, other than TV money which has all gone on players wages and general overheads. They start spending big, and they will breaking FFP rules.

UEFA Relaxes Financial Fair Play Rules Amid COVID-19 Crisis
but that does not mean they will allow a free for all to see who can spend the most. I would assume they have relaxed thing slightly to let clubs try to balance the books during the pandemic. Not to go on spending sprees.
So obvious a quality CB needed, in the 50m minimum bracket. Can then play the likes of Roden or Tanganga along side him, so they can learn how proper defending is done and progress.
Plus a dominant "drive us forward" MF player. In the Roy Keane mold. Someone who won't take any rubbish from his own team mates, when they go into their usual fall away/give up/lose focus mode.
Must get ride players:
Sanchez, Dier, Doherty, Winks, Sissoko as a minimum. Which will fund quite a bit of the above two player outlay.
The rest are either good enough or acceptable short term subs / cover.
Sorted.

He'll be 30 this year and they wanted £80m for him last season.
Boris
From what I've seen they're asking around 30m now. Once Levy's got a hold of them that'd be closer to 20 at which point he's definitely worth it imo. Though I'm only going off the hype, we need a leader in defence and I have no idea if he's that type of character.
He's the sort of player you want if you've got a younger player in the squad who could learn off him.
