I thought the game was very even, it was Lubo who said you outclassed us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
and you take Lubo seriously?

Really looking forward to this game against by far and away the best team in the Premier League and an opportunity to see how we have progressed this season.
Pep, as you would expect, has been very complimentary about our Messiah and we are all hoping that Man City will have their minds elsewhere and we give a good account of ourselves.
Pity Harrison has to miss out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
what is the rule for loanees playing against their old team?
i'm sure ive seen some eligible to play.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Depends on the terms of the loan agreement .. 'parent' clubs sometimes want that clause.

I think it is a premier league rule that a player cannot play against his parent club.
I think there is something about buying from a club and them wanting that player not used when playing them!..
I think I saw something it might have been ManU Burnley!..
There have been cases where clubs buy a player,(not loan!)and play the club they're buying from a game or two later, so the selling club sold under the condition that player didn't play agaist them!..
I think the Premier league moved to block that from happening!..
Like I said, I have ManU Burnley in the head but knowing me like I do I'll be wrong!..
It’s the comment about Sergio wanting to impress Bielsa that’s got me. A tad delusional here I think, but they did give us a game earlier though things have changed a bit since then.
Makes sense, what if Harrison scored an OG?
No matter how unintentional, there would be accusations from rival clubs.
Would the own goal be against Leeds or City?..

It happened between West Brom and West Ham earlier this season when Snodgrass went from the latter to the former.
Lubo, I just checked that out and that is the one, so, like I said I could be wrong!.
West Ham and Burnley strips, I was close on one!.

Remember when our fixtures were announced looking at this run of games and thinking how difficult it looked.
Its great we have enough now to stay up and this run is almost a free hit, anything we get out of the next three will be great

I think Pep would settle for a draw as long as we don't pick up any injuries.
I reckon he knows 7 of the players he will start against Dortmund next week, certain players (if picked) like Sterling, Cancelo, Zinchenko, Mendy, Torres will basically be auditioning for the other slots.
You've got no chance of going down but a very slim chance of a Euro slot so I'm expecting you to go for a win.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We always “go for a win”. No chance of Europe but that makes no difference. These guys will sweat blood for Bielsa. City should win but it won’t be easy for them.
Don't have a good feeling about tomorrow I think without Harrison and with an out of form Rodrigo and Bamford not firing on all cylinders we will struggle to quell the city tidal wave of attacks.
Also I don't know if it has already been mentioned but a bad omen the last time we faced City on Grand National day we got stuffed 4 nil in April 1992.
Party Politics won me £20 but I remember that was scant consolation as we had surely blown the league title.
Amazing to think we still went on to glory despite that hammering. Nearly 30 years ago. Incredible!
We'll win 1-0, Bamford scores.
Hope I’m wrong but can’t see any way we’ll win this one.4-2 to City.
I’m just looking forward to the game. City have had a great run since we played them and their defence is excellent. I have their Ederson, Dias and De Bruyner in my fantasy team so it might be a double edged sword for me today. I’ll take minus points for them now though That’s assuming g they even play!
I’d prefer Dallas, Ayling, Raphinha and Bamford to score me more points though
3-3 would be good!
buzzing like feck for this game, result means nothing, performance is everything.
Just seen it’s on BT Sport! Not good. I’m not paying £25 for a months pass.
Oh well - dodgy feed it is then.
there is no doubt we will not be facing a city 1st team today, not saying the team put out will not be scary as feck
......they have 4 huge games after the easy win today
