10 games is a fair amount of punishment and given the powers at their disposal i believe the greater emphasis should be on his club - to fine him massively, to decide whether he remains an employee or to perhaps take this opportunity to use the situation and the player to begin some sort of campaign and education exercise of not only their players but their fans and community. People/Kids are influenced by role models more than just slogans and banners or their Government etc and there is a chance for the club to make a positive contribution out of something very negative.
Should ban him a whole season.
Didn’t Ferdinand get 10 months for missing a drugs test?
If there was more integrity in the game Slavia Prague would have dismissed Kudela on the grounds of gross misconduct. But there isn't. Endless cheating, abuse of officials and a culture where the ends justify the means. Must win at all costs. Role models? Role models my backside.

Delusion at its absolute finest.
I think a public hanging would still not satisfy people frankly.
You can less than a third of this ban for snapping somebody's leg and getting a straight red FFS.

Injuries(even serious ones)are part of sport.
Being called a fookin monkey because you are black was someones choice not a consequence

Yes because not a single serious injury in football has ever been deliberate. Cough Roy Keane on Haaland cough.

Antagonistic Fred Klopp.
You are ridiculing the biggest issue in sport right now.
Admittedly, Keane went out to deliberately hurt Haaland in 2001. He admitted it in his AB. But he doesn't go so far as to say "I wanted to end his career right there and then". Your example is a one-off. Cech's head injury for example was a genuine injury. Likewise Jiminez for Wolves now.
Also, Zachsda is right. Injury is part and parcel. Being called a racial slur in the workplace is simply not on and he should be held to account for it. It also sets the precedent (and establishes it long term) at 10 games. It isn't enough when lesser issues are getting bigger bans.
Rather than make antagonistic comments, why not engage with the actual point at hand. Kudela is guilty of racism. It's not a question of being involved in a racism argument. The verdict has been given with the full reasons for the decision to follow. On that basis (in any other profession) his contract would be terminated and he would get no reference. He would struggle to gain employment again in that line of work.
We aren't saying "do that". We are saying that he should be suitably punished for this conduct. Will he still be paid, while he can't play? Probably. A player who trains is still working. He just can't get his goal bonus or whatever.
As for Kamara - he should not have been banned at all. He reacted to intense and outrageous provocation and should be absolved for that. He made a stand there and then, with emotions rightly running high and he called out an incident or major societal wrongdoing. Why that merits being punished is beyond me. At worst, he should have been given a warning for his future conduct
----
By banning Kamara they discourage future victims from even speaking out or reacting to racial abuse. That's the only reason to slap him with a ban.
It's unbelievable to me and doesn't make sense. If you're racially abused you better be nice and coy about it because if you react angrily, you will get banned. Shameless.

It's not about intention Fred. It's about what you reasonably expect in the normal course of your employment.
There are rumours that Kamara punched the caaant in the tunnel. If so then the ban is fair.

UEFA and FIFA want to stamp out racism. So they give the player the minimum punishment?? They are so far up their own ass, its moronic. Surely if you want to stamp out racism from the game, you tell the fecker he is no longer welcome to play football for 12 months in any shape or form.
They should’ve banned kudela for life
These organisations are racist to the bone themselves, 10 match bans are nothing. Ban them for life and nobody will ever utter a racist word ever again, chance missed.
I actually want to know, what’s uefa’s interest in keeping kudela in the game
With UEFA doing next to fack all then yes he should have.
I'll repeat what I said on the other thread - I don't think uefa could really go beyond the 1 minimum ban because there is no absolute proof he said it. It wasn't picked up by microphones, he covered his mouth so you can't even get a lip reader on it. All we've got to go on is the reactions, which are pretty damning as far as circumstantial evidence goes, but circumstantial none the less. I think if it had been caught on camera we might have seen a longer ban, and I'm a little surprised they didn't take the opportunity to just say "not proven".
For the avoidance of doubt, I don't think 10 games is actually appropriate, and I hope someone breaks the coont's legs and ends his career.
2-0 Arsenal after 20mins
Get it up them
khunts
3-0
Yaas
Get them tae fhuk
Good to see arsenal thrashing them. Hope they lose every game for the next 5 years now
YW.... I agree a season ban on no wages maybe will give them a clue.

Zungu corroborated saying the same term immediately without asking Kamara. A corroborated account is not circumstantial.
The immediate reactions from kudela black team mates are certainly circumstantial but also quite damning.
