I "think" liverpool will win this, we have had a full 5 days to prepare and have our 4 forwards all fit. Since we have had kabak and Philip's in defence we have had clean sheets and not lost in the league (I think).

Leeds will be tough but I think Leeds suit our game...they press us and all move forward quickly which imo plays into our hands as we have the players to get in behind across the pitch.

i thought they quit the league. just give us the 3 points.

The key for us is Raphinha. If he's fit, we have a chance. He will cause havoc for the Liverpool defence in a way none of our other players can. If he's out, it's a much bigger ask in my view.
Defensively, we are much stronger since Llorente returned to fitness. Salah has looked off-colour for a few games now. Has he got Madrid on his mind? However, he doesn't run dry for very long and I expect to see him on the score sheet.
Liverpool won't score four, but neither will we. A scruffy Bamford goal and a 1-1 final score would be a great result.

2-1 served me well last time, so I will say it again. Hopefully with 11 men and less of the 7 man wall.

This game was largely meaningless but after the disgraceful announcement I really hope we smash them

If the Liverpool owners get their way this could be the last game between 2 great rivals which is a great pity, but the Premier League will carry on regardless.

If Raphinha plays we have a chance, if not it will be much tougher.

Not going to start hating on Liverpool just because their 'owners' are money-grubbing whanchors. It's not the fans', players' or Klopp's fault. Klopp has said he'll resign if L'pool go ahead with this
I don't think of this game as meaningless, though, because I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT if we finished above " big six " Spurs. With Maureenego gone and Kane hurt we could do it with a run of good results, so let's go for it tonight and see what happens

So we have a game against a club who want to play in the ESL.
Can we get revenge for our 4-3 defeat at Anfield on the opening day?, let's hope so maybe another 4-3 game but us to win.

Yeah I feel the same way. Would love to see us tear them a new one tonight. Their players' heads can't be in a particularly good place at the mo with the threat at least of the club getting chucked out of the CL. Klopp making that threat to leave will not help their mental state at all. Everything will seem rather uncertain. Who knows, we might just about come away with another three points - and that would be sweeeeeeeet!

Bring it on at last, ffs - this week seems to have gone on forever.

The only way to avoid the Europa league now looks like qualifying for the Champions League.

Game seems to mean so much more now but in a strange way it also seems to be so irrelevant in the grand scheme.
