You’d be deluded if you think there is no pay off. He will get his full pay off. You can’t sack someone just for refusing to take a session.

hadn't heard this "refused to take training" story, but jose doesn't strike me as a man to give up a £15-20m payoff just to take a moral stance.

Understand Spurs' decision to part company with Jose Mourinho was based on results and nothing to do with the European Super League.
Sacking was based purely on results.
The notion that it was because of a refusal to take players out to train is nonsense.
