Brendan Rodgers would be a good choice but would he leave Leicester for Spurs right now?

First choice is Nagglesman for me, I wouldn't be against Howe or Parker.

I know both have recent relegations on there CV but there both young and play a good style of football.

Why are people so against Howe? Clearly not the best candidate, but played good football at Bournemouth and consistently overachieved.

Howe third favourite but Potter nowhere to be seen?

That makes me think that Potter is even more a great choice cause it's usually the managers Levy doesn't pick outright that tend to be good.
