It should go to genuine grass roots level imo. Something like community level academies. Let all kids have access to proper coaching, not just those fortunate enough to be spotted by clubs. I reckon some real talented youngsters don’t get any opportunity just because of where they live or their family circumstances.
Yes it's a good idea
Another thing that would be good is to let the current TV deals run out. To then have games aired by the FA at a low capped price and with a large share of the profits being shared across all levels of English football.
The PL sides would suffer a large drop in income so they would need plenty of notice in order to get wages down in time but long term it would be well worth it
They're late. Bookies making billions off the game without giving anything back. Surely intellectual property law should apply, no?
I'd rather we got gambling largely out of the game entirely. It is predatory shiite, designed to take advantage of "whales", indoctrinate kids and ruin lives.
If it means I can have a bet on kids games and Sunday league I’m in!

Same here but short of online bookies being caught red handed bribing players to throw games it's just not going to happen. The tax is a veritable cash cow for the government.
We're lumbered with it for good now so it's a case of "If we're stuck with it, then we've got to see to it that this particular business pays a hefty levy bill to sport and society generally. As a means to offset at least some of the long term damage they already have been, are and will continue to be doing.
