We need
1.A progressive manager.
To give us an identity and playing style.
2. Director of football to support the manager and oversee a massive clear out .
The baldy is just out to make as much money as possible, and he won't get rid off the deadwoods, because it would cost more to get decent replacements.
It's all that baldy's fault. He spent a fortune on a stadium that has sat there empty for two years, ok not through his fault but talk about an own goal or a Spursy moment. That is there a finest SPursy moment!
Why didn't the baldy instead spend the money on that squad Poch had, and actually we would have some trophies then?
The least I say the better!
Why did Mason bring him on? I'm still baffled a young manager like him who used to a footballer cannot recognise the impact he has had in games gone by.
Someone who is a coach, apparently loves the club, has probably seen Sissoko training day in day out felt the need to bring him in against City and reunite him with Harry Winks in the centre of the park.
And I know it was only his 2nd game in charge but come on!! I mean he was a average player at best and the epitome of the type of central midfielder our academy is used to producing. Does he relate to Winks in some way and feels he deserved to play because he reminds him of himself? I dunno. I'm really worried about how the remaining five games will go.
CBA with Aurier. The sooner he is gone the better. Him and Sissoko should no way in hell be here next season.

Sacking Jose 6 days before a cup final, and putting a 29 year old novice in charge is another Spursy moment. Jose’s won 12 out of 14 finals, we stood a better chance to win with him than without him. He deserved to go - but should have happened either weeks ago, with a successor lined up, or at the end of the season. But 6 days before a final is something only Tottenham could do.

Hell yeah
Sissoko was brought on to help Aurier as Bale was coming on, that’s the only reason I can why that happened.
But Son should of came off instead of Moura, Moura was giving Laporte trouble, was a stupid sub.

Yeah beggars belief, tbh!
It has to do with money or saving money I think. Levy didn't want to pay Jose his bonus had he won the cup.
With Levy it is always to do with money. Nothing to do with the club, but always about how to make that extra quid
Just think Mason was in charge if youth developement at the club before he was caretaker manager.
He is he just going to continue to pick lighweight midfielders for the next 10 years who amount to nothing for future youth teams?

Sissoko is a terrible footballer, but I blame the manager for bringing him on.
Also, why isn't one of our centre backs marking Laporte? It was such a pathetic goal to concede, starting with Aurier's idiotic challenge.
City were most likely to win that game anyway, but at least lose to their quality not our ineptitude.

It is truly staggering this lumbering oaf has made over 200 appearances for a club like Spurs, but Sissoko is just indicative of our ownership, a pound land footballer for pound land owners.
Agreed, we were never winning the final under Jose. In fact, the game was lost before a ball was even kicked. So predictable they are Spurs.
Spurs need massive investment, they had it for 24 hours last week, but the supporters didn`t want it. They would prefer we just trundle along, miles behind the rest of the financially doped cartel.

Spurs would not have won more trophies, they have become serial bottle jobs over a period of 30 years. They have had some decent players and teams over that period, but always find a way to lose games in semi-finals and finals against any half decent opposition.
Don, you can hardly blame Sissoko for yesterday mate. The whole team one again failed to turn up in a final. It is pretty well set in stone now, Spurs as a club, no longer have a desire within the club to win trophies.
I really do feel for the younger fans like Don, I cannot see anything changing drastically in the next 20 or 30 years, unless a sugar daddy takes over the club like at City or Chelsea. It is Spurs only hope.

I wasn`t confident mate, I said I wanted them to win, and expected them to win. And that should be the starting point of any true Spurs supporter in any final. Pity the players don`t have the same ambition though.
The Spurs players just sat back and watched City mount attack after attack, with barely a finger lifted in anger. Spurs defenders just backing off time and time and again when City came at them. Contrast that to City players just fouling Spurs players when they tried to mount any kind of offensive attacks. The mentality of this set of players is the worse of any Spurs team in their history I suspect. They are all just total wimps. Son crying at the end of the game shows how weak mentally they are. He did bu====ggger all all afternoon, then he starts crying. Honestly, how weak is that. He is making our club a laughing stock.

---------------------------------------------------------------------- Should have sacked him after Zagreb, or after Brighton, or Arsenal, there’s been countless opportunities to get our act together. But 6 days before a final, when he’s won 12 out of 14 finals, was the worst possible timing for me.
We played no different to Jose’s reign, as we’re trapped in that mentality - so for me I’d rather have Jose himself playing Jose-ball, than a management team of Mason, Powell and Gibbs - it’s his style, he knows the tricks when playing like this, and he’d beaten City 2 out of 3 games for us playing like this.
