What's the point in having a car that can't carry even a single passenger?

How far down the road (bad pun intended) do you think it is that we get motor racing with driverless cars. The way motoring technology is developing it could be a thing of the future? It has long been possible to do it in computer games. Some top drivers are game-addicts already. It would save the teams millions in wages and an 11-year-old from anywhere could become world champion.

What colour was the Austin Cambridge? A lot were pale blue but I'm betting on green with a white roof. Unless it was grey of course, stunningly beautiful in grey, an Austin Cambridge. Stylish, elegant, purposeful, presence, character, oh... wait. Am I confusing it with the Aston Martin DB5?

And they blame "Red Robbo" for the loss of BMC?

As I always say, it wasn't "Red Robbo" who designed, and built the Austin Allegro and then painted it beige...

Served Thatchers agenda of closing all male dominated industries and putting men on the streets.

Proper investment and appointing managers to run the place, not close it down, could have easily saved BL.

"sir" Michael Edwards.... Pah! Talentless Lackey!!

Why do Alfa Romeo, Renault, BMW, SEAT, FIAT all still exist? A government who did the job they were elected to do, that's why.

Yes, I now think that Austin Cambridge probably was grey.

It looked greyish but the official name of the colour was rose taupe.
