RR:
Therein your argument falls down:
"Punished for what?"
Selling your ground to balance your lop-sided account books. As i said previously "cloud cuckoo land".
You sold the ground to yourselves, don't you fink dats o.k. ?
RR, a business is a legal entity in its own right. Morris was perfectly entitled to sell the ground to either himself as an individual or to another business owned by him (and the EFL sanctioned it).

The EFL OKed it RR. I understand your annoyance of being the fan of a small club imagining that bigger clubs like ourselves get away with stuff. But that's evolution.
Nobody got away with more breaches of FFP than QPR. T he massive fines they were due to pay were down graded to a slap on the wrist.
You seem to fink the unethical selling of the ground was o.k. But why did the ground need to be sold ? I know it's rude to answer your own question but it was because of your OVERSPENDING and not complying wiv the rules. I ardly fink 40 mill is a slap on the wrist Spartan.

There's a difference between unethical and illegal. For instance, the current government indulges in some very unethical practices but not illegal.
Therefore it becomes very subjective but not illegal.
I don't need a lecture on semantics. Overspending only as one meaning to me.
The stadium sale was not appealed by the EFL. They have appealed the player amortisation charge.
By the way, thank you as ever View for the threads. Not a great season for me what with a niggling injury and all. But looking forward to the next round............
Year thanks for the match threads View. Not been on them much at all due to working during games but do read back some of them.
Sorry to sound like a broken record, but entertaining final u23 game v ManU on Rams tv. 1-0 to them, but well in the game despite their quality.
Think we're going to have some player in Eiran Cashin in a year or so
