Player of the Year

All club bias and rivalry aside, my player of the year is Kevin De Bruyne hands down.
He has been the best player by far.

No Dias?

Kane will potentially be top goal scorer and assister in a struggling team that has had awful managers, so I'd maybe go for him.

Of these five I would probably go for Kane, but I think Dias has more reason to be nominated than Foden, personally.

Gundogan surely?

Kane for me

Kane from the selection. Dias in reality.

Salah for me if we get CL. His goals in a injury ravaged side will actually account to something.

Don't think de Bruyne has had a stand-out season.
Fernandes should not be in there.
Kane has done well, and had to contend with Mourinhoball. But not for me.
Salah has a lot of tap ins, but hardly stood-out as the best player in the league.
Foden has played well, but overhyped because he is a young English player making it at City.
Gundogan had a strong spell that pretty much won the league, but hasn't done enough for the season.

Dias for me.

Has to be Bruno. He has saved us so many times this season. Just when we look like losing or drawing, he has been more than capable of coming up with a moment of absolute magic from the penalty spot.

True but Kane had to play as a holding midfielder at times this season.

Foden hasn’t even been in City’s top five players, let alone premier league.

Kane for me.

No mount or Dias?

Dias for me regardless

Dias, Mount, Kane, Gundogan and Fernandes would be my top five.
No de-Bruyne sounds weird, mind!

Dias
Kane
Foden
Salah
Bruno

Defo Kane

It's obviously Bruno if we're all honest about it.

He's come in and beaten Lampard's best ever season from midfield with games to spare.

Dias or Kane

Kane with 22 goals and 13 assists as a defender, midfielder and striker under Jose ball is an achievement in itself

Fernandes should not be in there

Odd. You always seemed quite knowledgeable about football, but this suggests otherwise.

It's either Kane if you think the winner should be the best individual performer or Dias if you think the award should default to a league winner (which has only been the case 3 times in the last decade)

Remember Leicester have had a proper injury crisis

Nobody remembers this. The’ve been too distracted by the weekly eulogies about Liverpool’s injuries.

Remember Leicester have had a proper injury crisis, don't have the finances of Utd and don't have referees in their pocket like Utd and still managed to nearly keep up with them. As opposed to Utd where the second they lose one defender for a couple of weeks they go begging the world for sympathy and their useful idiots in the media like the rat Neville start making excuses.
..

Which is all really really relevant to POYT
