I would say West Ham without doubt.
From where they were at the end of last season, they have over achieved by far the most
The term 'over-achieve' is disrespectful. It suggests they don't deserve their achievements. They all are where they are on merit. Who has achieved the most is a fairer question and I'd say it's Leicester. Cup and in the hunt for top four on the final day without spending a fortune.
Spurs have done quite well considering the utter dross that makes up the majority of their squad.
The Prem has been so poor this season, so not sure you can say any team has overachieved. Playing in front of empty stadiums has had a huge effect on the league. And their have been countless shock results. I suspect next year with crowds back it will be back to near normal, and teams like Leicester and West Ham will not be in the top half a dozen. Spurs and Arsenal will surely be better.

I think you’ve misinterpreted the meaning. It’s pretty simple, if you over achieve you’ve basically exceeded the expectations that people had of you. Take West Ham, they were one of the favourites for relegation, yet they’re going to qualify for Europe. How is it disrespectful to say they’ve overachieved? It’s the exact opposite, it’s a compliment.
Considering the circumstances, arguably Liverpool.

Not really.
To be fair to sandy, he's probably spot on.
Apart from maybe Leicester not being in the top half dozen.

I think United just need another centre back and a good manager and they will be near city next season
It’s ole that’s costs them
Has to be the luckiest manager around at the moment
Let’s put it this way .....would city , Liverpool , Chelsea want him? Nope
Hell I wouldn’t want him at Tottenham and we are really bad

What it takes to be 'near to City' will change next season.
I expect both they and Liverpool will be banging on the door of 90 plus points again next season, so whatever United, or even City, managed to achieve this season in terms of points, might not get you within a mile of winning or challenging for the title next season.

Agreed....especially if city get Kane, which I think they will
But with a better manager i still think United have an excellent squad just need another centre back so will be there or thereabouts
But keep ole and it’s 3rd at best
I just don’t get them for sticking with him success or not....he is punching and they could do so much better
Yes I know he has made a final and finished 2nd before any United fans pipe up ....it’s just my opinion and the opinion of some United fans on here too
Liverpool all things considered
Leeds I think, their squad is still really a relegation standard squad bar Raphinha

There have been some Leeds fans really grate on me recently
They are where they are due to their manager only
They have some seriously sub standard players playing well above their ceiling
Leicester. Or United.
Both could end up in the top 4 and winning a trophy, despite having injuries to squads that aren't exactly top quality.

It is true. They are in danger of falling back down again if they don’t take advantage of this position to further strengthen their squad. Sheffield are a pretty dramatic example / warning to them.
