i think you should give it to CIN because you said yourself how importent it is...

The money I got was from my parents and aunt it's nothing to do with children in need I've already given them £20 and some of the money that I gave the shop in Halifax went to children in need.

Pretty sure thats enough or should I be giving them everything I own?

posted on 18/11/11

Yes you should give them everything you own LSTD.

posted on 18/11/11

but the reason you were whereing the costume in the first place was because of children in need where you were in effect sponsered to wear it

posted on 18/11/11

lstd

you should offer yourself as the childrens slave

posted on 18/11/11

Yes but that's like £35 off me that's more than most people gave I'm sure that's enough. The £40 was not sponoring at all I would have worn the costume without it.

I agree with Wigan
You wouldn't have got that money without Children In Need so I personally wouldn't have accepted the money of my parents and aunt.

How do you sleep at night.....

Tbh the £40 is 80% of what I spent on the outfit everything else went to charity. I was always going to get rid of the costume anyway I have no need for a big red angry birds costume

posted on 18/11/11

I probably would have got the money it would just have been for other things.

£35 is more than enough I've got to think about the people around me aswell

no but you said you made profit. I would have took the money off my parents which repayed the costume then not accepted anymore for my own personal needs

Man City 194.4m pound loss....

posted on 18/11/11

No but i said I was making a profit on the costume. When you add in what I gave to the charity there is no profit so this whole argument is fairly pointless lol

you gave it to charity out of your own money or other peoples money for sponsoring you?

I gave it to charity out of my own money.....

The costume was paid for by others. But that wasn't even just for children in need it's for a party tomorrow too
