Worked well imo the midfield and attack and Baba overlapping. RLC off the ball wasn't so impressed, think for his size he needs to be putting himself about a lot more but on the ball far more effective than Pedro has been

Jackson Martinez was over rated anyway. China will never be the best league unless Chinese players are any good. Never mind that the money for football won't be endless, same way Russia was huge for football for a few years. Dried up. Europe will always be where it's at.

English players aren't any good, that's a good argument imo. Not just players that will go for the money but coaches too and that in turn will lead to better Chinese players. As long as China are the top of the economy there's always a chance they will have a league to rival the best imo

And Martinez is quality, his record bar the last 3-4 months is amazing. Never really got a chance to settle at Atletico either and don't think it was a team that suit him, much like Mandzukic
