LSTD depression is a mentle illness so it affects anyone its not to do with whay you have or even how happy you are (not all homless people are depressed for example) so just because he is welths doesnt mean he isnt depressed also it comes and goes so he might have started suffering from it years ago and it had gone away

R.I.P Gary Speed, true legend of premier league football.

joe allen looks absolutley devastated he doesnt know what hes doing danny graham trying to sort him out, hes very young personally think swansea should have let him have the game off

shay given is crying. really not sure this game should be going ahead

posted on 27/11/11

i think if it had been yesterday then alot of players whouldnt be playing

posted on 27/11/11

LSTD given isnt crying his contact moved in his eye

posted on 27/11/11

he was clearly crying you could see the tears

RIP Gary Speed.

do you wear contacts your eyes water as you put them in wrong

the game should go ahead just some players shouldnt be playing

posted on 27/11/11

no i dont wear glasses but he was crying even the commentators seem to think so.......

and imo the game shouldnt go ahead the majority of these players are clearly affected if you dont play them all then theres a game of two reserve teams really times like this football should be forgotten and whats more important come first but thats just me

posted on 27/11/11

If they are willing to play though then I don't see why not. I'm pretty sure both managers would have said at the start of the match, if you aren't in the right mind set then I won't play you

posted on 27/11/11

anyway the players will want to remember speed in the way he whould have wanted which is get on with the game

posted on 27/11/11

yeah i know it just looks like some in particular joe allen has said he'll play, not wanting to let the team down, he cirtainly isnt in the right frame of mind for it

posted on 27/11/11

whould you stop city vs liverpool aswell then

posted on 27/11/11

probably not i dont think theres as many people affected both are teams are a lot more foreign based. bellamy and milner the only ones who would really be affected that i can think of that badly so no that would go ahead

but with this one its in wales, the majority of swanseas players are welsh 3-4 of villas know him and are affected

posted on 27/11/11

it seems fitting though the game after his death is annonced is in the first welsh club in the premier league

posted on 27/11/11

i really dont think football has anything to do with it today, i cirtainly doubt his familly will care about the football

Cant believe hes died and at such a young age. hasnt sunk in yet.

It may not be the right time to mention it but the person who takes over wales has to be a good promising manager cause i dont want to see speeds work ruined
