That guy went to Germany from Pakistan without being recorded or documented because Merkel opened the gates to anyone and everyone rather than document everyone entering the country.

If 100k Englishmen went to Germany I'd expect them to be listed and named and not let in if they had criminal records, no idea why it's right wing or non PC to expect the same when you're letting in undocumented refugees.

I'm pretty sure a lot of the unrecorded business is pure conjecture. Same as in the France attacks.
