CF - Back up for Bent as we have no-one really as Fonzy and Weimann not ready
kakuta signed for Dijon on loan. Hopefully going back to france gives him some confidence, he'll be starting week in week out so will do him a world of good and get him back on track hopefully
this is what i would like arsenal to do
1. short term loan for henry
2. short term lb loan
3. buy podolski or another striker who can score goals.
4. unlikely but sign hazard or gotze preferably gotze (or both haha)

we need back up for van persie full time
we havent got a proper goal poacher other than van persie.
gervinho and walcot are more like wingers.
arshavin has to go now imo.
i didnt say we'd get both hazard and gotze lol wanted 1 plus they're more like midfielders. same with benayoun
strikers would be podolski, van persie, park, henry, chamakh.
henry would go in march so we'd have 4 lol
and you havent put 1 single transfer in your list. we need 2 players bought imo. loans are not enough

your not taking into account how much prices have inflated, how much money the clubs had to spend so newcastle, liverpool, newcastle could charge even higher than inflated prices, rvp has had 8 years to fit into arsenals system these 3 have had a year to fit into theres.
what would be more interesting is to compare him to a player of similar price who has spent a similar amount of time at their club...

im not giving excuses but its silly to compare because of prices because they are completley different now to what there were back then.
in terms of the goals scored its fair enough but tbh its what youd expect lol, carroll and torres havent been very good and neither are really first choice for their clubs anyway.
demba ba cost less than rvp and scored about 2 less this year player for a club who arent really close to arsenals standards..
