tbf mata wont play that much during the euros. im sure if he was going to play a lot he wouldnt be playing in the olympics

Hes played a lot for Spain recently don't see why he won't do at euros, he's one of their best wingers probably only Silva who's actually better

They're likely to start Iniesta, Xavi and Silva anyway. Cesc probably ahead of Mata. Although Navas would be more likely to start on the right wing than Mata.

Think it depends on who plays up top. If Villa still isn't fit, Torres off form its probably going to be Llorente or Cesc? Then Mata would start if it was Cesc.

They have been playing Silva as the false 9 a lot because of how well his link up with Iniesta and Mata is going so can see them trying that. Tbh it's hard to second guess they have so many options. Players like Soldado Llorente Carzola would start for England but not neceserally going to be in Spain's squad!

Would love to see a few youngsters in there, maybe Romeu, Cuenca, Muniain. Thiago probably only likely one though
