cisse is a good player for the standard he is at. he is good at teams like newcastle and would do well at other teams that need strikers like everton and villa.

but world class is way over the top there wigan. even top 4 is a stretch to far but maybe looking at europa league level maybe? if not then i don't think he would be far off it imo.

i personally think cisse is better. even though i haven't seen much of jelavic just yet i'm not sure he is good enough. i think as well that if you added rangers and celtic in the premier league they would sit in the bottom half. but then again everton are a team that are pretty much mid table but i don't think jelavic will get 7 in 7 like cisse.

Moyes has already praised the impact Jelavic has had, its easy to talk about goals but just need to look at Jelavic's link up play as well. So Jelavic > Cisse.

Rangers and Celtic would be bottom half no doubt. But with the money we'd get and added interest soon be top half easily.

Same way if any English side were in the SPL, they'd easily win with their current squad but they couldn't afford to keep. They'd have to sell all their players, get the wage bill down, and would then be worse than Rangers and Celtic with tiny crowds coming to watch them.

I know Celtic and Rangers would gather 2x as much in the bottom half of the Premier League to winning the Scottish League which would mean they could progress to get bigger players.

Yeah I know if Bolton got put in the Scottish League they would win it the first 2 seasons but couldn't afford to keep all of there good players which is where Rangers and Celtic would look to strengthen.
