If I play that Ramires and Sandro would be alongside each other so they can take it in turn to attack and defend, or I'll play Luiz as a DM with Hamsik and Lavezzi the wingers which would be more like they do at Napoli. Luiz would have more freedom in midfield too, his offensive abilities are probably better suited to a beckenbauer role

He plays with Kjaer for Dnemark, then you can use Luiz in front of them

And Maggio Is winger or a wing back he's not good enough defensively IMO. Happy with Luiz at DM he's got more than enough ability with his passing skill and reading of the game
