Hmm were they better last year? Not sure I agree there!

Messi is scoring more, they have Fabregas and Sanchez who have been incredible, Cuenca is there now Thiago playing well.

I know they aren't winning La Liga but for me they are still stronger, Sanchez has been better than Villa was last year

Mascherano and Sanchez have been better than
Pique and Villa this year though so its not as if they were weaker. I'd say both are big achievements but Chelsea's result gives them a lot more chance than Arsenals does, if we get an away goal which is always possible, Drogba caused all sorts of trouble last night, Mata will have space to play in and Ramires was dangerous not too mention arsenal got one last year without having a shot on target, then Barca have to score 3, that's going to be difficult against an ultra defensive and organised Chelsea

Well he got the assist on Villas goal last year scored and caused havoc in the CL last year, it's only Chelsea he's actually never done anything at all against and it's them he's played most which is what brings it down for him

Mascherano is a terrible centre back. Just have to look at the goal last night, when he should have stuck with Drogba but instead goes with Puyol to run to Ramires.

Mascherano was right cb, puyol should have stick with Drogba, Alves shouldn't let Ramires go those two more fault that Puyol

Most of his games are at CB so clearly guardiola thinks otherwise

Nonsense.

Puyol is running over, Masch follows simply chasing the ball. School boy like. He then realises his mistake, goes back to try and pick up Drogba and only narrowly misses getting the ball.
