Because i want new teams in the league not relegated ones, others that came up had championship squads so should be the same this season

i assume this is later in the year and my exams will be finished quite early

You should give the 4 teams a 10m budget, not allowed to do deals but get a couple of decent players from releases to help
i think we should do a playground pick players for the playoffs

Why do I always seem to get up at this time
I believe you perhaps go to bed too early or have trouble sleeping, either way it's unfortunate.
Hmmm I think it's about time that one of the stands at wembley was renamed the Didier Drogba stand or something along those lines. It's pretty much his back yard deserves some recognition for it!
I will worry about it later.
It would be an idea I suppose but 99.9% chance that it isn't going to happen
