If we go to Div 3 it will be because we've gone for a newco and the transfer ban wont count. But even if we are a newco, I think we'll still be a SPL club.

If we stay as we are with the transfer ban we'll still have our squad, minus whoever we sell.

Clubs in the SPL would be in a financial mess if we left to Div 3. The Sky deal would be gone. With less coverage for the league sponsorship deals may go. Bank managers would withdraw credit lines from clubs.

We've not even been found punished for ebts. The reason for admin was Craig Whyte. He bought our club with money he didn't have, increased costs when we were struggling to pay our debts as things were, didn't pay tax, sold off history etc.
