Arsenal really do need to buy quality this season otherwise they'll fall way to behind because no doubt City will strengthen as Mancini has said. United will strengthen cos they dont want city winning the title, probably sign Kagawa. Chelsea definately don't want to be finishing outside top 4, so they will strengthen. They have enough dosh to do so.
