Arsenal arent far behind keep rvp add podolski, mvila and one or two others getting rid of the dead wood then they will be 3rd at least

Don't think Arsenal are falling further behind, but everyone is quite a bit behind United and City going on the league table.

Would rather have Marin and Hazard than only Podolski as a new signing. Chelsea also likely to make more signings.

But with better cover and better luck with injuries Arsenal will also be better surely.

Would still expect it to be City and United that everyone is chasing though.

They are the two to catch but man u still count on scholes and giggs who both cant go o forever they need replaced by real quality...

Depends on how the likes of hazard, podolski, kagawa, mvila, hulk etc settle if they all sign for the clubs interested

Every year for the past 4 years or so people have been saying United can't count on Scholes and Giggs. Vidic will be like a new signing for United. Add in a years experience for a lot of their younger players.

Plus not many of their players should have hangovers from the Euros. Chelsea and Arsenal more likely to have players involved.

Another year added to the two, scholes and giggs are near finished rof, yes vidic is a huge bonus for them..would also say ferdinand is near done as well..

If arsenal keep the squad and add the players they want they will catch up, especially on Utd

Aye Fan another year, whats been said every year. You think Scholes is going to lose his ability over the 3/4 months between seasons? He retired, came back and was still class, I don't see that changing as his game is hardly based on lung busting running or speed. I don't see Giggs being used as much but still. And they don't lack partners for Vidic with Rio, Evans, Smalling and Jones.

Especially on United? United finished with the same points as City. They are always there. Whether City can keep up such great form is a bigger question in my mind.

Yes its only a few monthes but can uts rely on the two for the whole season? I dont think so..city will just buy another league and fergie has to buy correctly or they too will fall behind

Ye why not? Its not like they are expected to play every week. If Scholes can retire for half a year, then be relied upon in the second half of the season to not drop in class then obviously he can be relied upon in my mind.

And they're hardly lacking in squad depth. Anderson, Fletcher and Cleverley all missing for the majority of the season. Park Ji Sung off the boil. De Gea was really shaky at the start etc.

Whether City can do it for another year, I don't know. United have showen they will continue to challenge, in my mind it could just as easily be Arsenal or Chelsea challenging them as it could City.
