If he couldn't be found guilty then, how are they supposed to find him guilty 7 years on? How is he supposed to defend himself when they can't simply test him? If they couldn't find him guilty at the time, then I think its not right for them to carry the charges 7 years on.

they have tested him thats how they found it out they have kept his blood samples for when he was racing (as they do with all sportsmen) and testing it when they find a way to ..... furthermore they first brought the charges before he gave up cycling... to which he retired

its been coming, great signing, huge improvement on bosingwa and should make ivanovic up his game gives him good competition and someone who will be better in forward positions, not that iva is bad, just inconsistent going forward
