everyone who says chelsea only win the league because of money need to look at man city..... spent a lot more and won 1 fa cup.

torres still a quality player though and has had a few injuries over the last 12 months. Hopefully after a good pre season he starts to rediscover his form this season

Money helps you win things Trust me, if man city never came a long villa would of broken in to the top 4. The 5 year plan and all that. Lerner didn't know that plan was bulletproof. yes money helps but it is not everything.

you can buy the best players but if you dont put them together properly you wont win anything. Chelsea never bought the best players they mainly bought players who were up and coming like robben and drogba lampard ect and mixed them with more experienced players like ballack. They put together in the right way to make them a better team than the rest.

Man City have bought players like tevez, silva, yaya toure ect but dont use them properly
