kaka loan seems very unlikely, more likely to sell than loan. Montolivo already said hell stay in serie a if he moves, mvila has a new contract so would probably cost 30m.
you need defenders really and a CF not midfielders imo
IMO they need a CB, winger and AM/ST.
There CB's are quite injury prone, I think someone like Cahill/Samba will give them more assurance at the back.
An AM/ST to fill the void left by Fabregas, I think someone who feels they can take the game by the scruff of it's neck and make something happen. This would also help RVP to use his goal-scoring ability more effectively as he needs a provider (like Fab last season). Kaka would be ideal.
A winger depending on if Nasri leaves/ isn't interested. Arshavin/Walcott are too inconsistent. I think someone like Hazard would fit in well with his natural pace and trickery.

Mata could of gone a long way in easing the pressure on Wenger. I think on that front Wenger made a mistake with missing the deadline in order to activate the clause, but it's been forgetten about.

I mean even if it was 25M+, I think he should have bought him, at the moment all he's doing is leaving loan bids for the likes of Lucho which isn't going to help.

however we missed out on both
I don't think a club like Arsenal should be trying to loan players when they have the cash to buy after selling arguably their best player in Fabregas.
Wenger needs to invest in players that will improve the first-team. At the moment he's looking too much into the future with his younger prospects.
