As ever the likes of Uefapool get an easy draw: Sporting Lille Villarreal Atletico Bayern inter.

For them, the CL has not changed since the 70s and 80s when you only needed to beat one half-decent team from Germany or France to secure the cup

Even 11th place Villa won it one season

I'll take a Chelsea, Dortmund, Salzburg and Milan group stage.

The best Chelsea could hope for currently is Sevilla, Zenit and Brugge.

Tbf, one group will end up being Bayern, Real Madrid, Atalanta and the most difficult Pot 4 side, whilst another group will end up being Lille, Sevilla, Zenit and Brugge.

Even PSG are such an unbalanced squad, probably wouldn’t worry about them either.

Only teams that should be truly difficult are PL teams plus Bayern, and we can’t get Bayern in the groups so I don’t mind what happens.

Pot 2 always has better teams than Pot 1 these days

Would love to see this guy's reaction to when Spartak Moscow were in pot 1

Villareal and Atletico in Pot 1, Real and Barcelona in Pot 2.

I feel like United are alongside Europe's hallowed names in Pot 2

The CL hasn't even started yet, but you lot are already pleading for an easy draw. The CL isn't supposed to be easy. You can't just throw money at it, like you normally do with everything else.
Jeez, if you are worried you ain't getting a free pass and might need to play a couple of decent teams in the group, then don't compete in it. Frankly, if you weren't typical plastics, you wouldn't care who you had to play.

Under the old rules you wouldn’t even have been in the competition this year.

Bit bored of playing pSG and Barca, so another match up with Real would be good.

Dortmund, Juve we rarely play so that would be great.

And Atalanta are good value

How are Liverpool pot 2 for losing 7-2 to Villa abs scraping into the tournament on the last day. They should be in pot 3 at best

hopefully, Barcelona, Real Madrid n Rubentus will not b in it.

We literally just won the thing, not scared of any team
