Alistair Gold did a good video last night stating that he cannot figure out where the money will come from to back Conte.
He says its one of three things either, we have naming rights sold to the the stadium, Kane is being sold but he can't see this happening, or either Joe Lewis is finally prepared to pump in some money.
Either way, if it happens its going to be an interesting few months.

Spurs raised £250m to cover off the debts/losses from the pandemic. This in, theory plugs the black hole left in the finances, so we can 'proceed as normal'. Before the pandemic and after the new stadium opened we posted profits of +£100m and £+£60m, money that was subsequently invested in the following windows. So although there will be a bit more caution going forwards due to the uncertainty of being allowed full grounds it should be more or less business as usual.
Also, there are plenty in the squad who can be moved on and while values will be lower there will be demand for some of our deadwood.
Few reports including SS Italia are that conte is not convinced by the spurs job and will give a decision Monday. Fully expect Martinez to be announced by Tuesday.

I can understand the hostility towards Levy but we need to give this negotiations a chance to run its course.
Some info are just speculations? It seems there’s a hurdle of getting Conte to come over and sign or even take photos etc because of Corona! It’s a 5 days isolation I think? A lot of obstacles but not all insurmountable

Although i'd say the point still stands. Serie A to Premier League is a jump from the 4th best league in Europe to the best, just like UCL to Europa Conference is a fall from 1st to 3rd best Euro competition.

Are you for real? He was 18 when he signed for Chelsea from Anderlecht. He's now 28 and has just won Serie A so I think its fair to say it will matter what Euro competition he will want to play in. Some of our fans need a harsh reality check.

Although i'd say the point still stands. Serie A to Premier League is a jump from the 4th best league in Europe to the best, just like UCL to Europa Conference is a fall from 1st to 3rd best Euro competition.

Pratici is on the verge of joining Spurs but Conte has asked to be given the weekend to mull it over which has been interpreted by some as having second thoughts or cold feet or whatever? It might be Conte who is on holiday will just enjoy the last break before he resumes work in London?

Pratici is on the verge of signing for us, and bear in mind that he had his conditions and fears that needed to be allayed so Levy must have convinced him of these which were:
1. Club’s transfer budget
2 Transfer plans
3. Future of Harry Kane
I am hoping after a nice weekend, Conte is pictured holding a Spurs top, which the club got it sent on DHL!
