I was so ready to take all the bad words about Enic back and congratulate Levy for showing we were wrong.
But this is a kick in the balls and just confirms our worst fears.
ENIC are a very poor man's FSG.
I'm done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not the only one mate. I don’t think there’s anyone out there that screams ambition apart from Conte. The moment we appoint Potter or Martinez, which we definitely will, Spurs under Levy are dead to me.
Levy has turned us into a laughing stock, with his pathetic and bumbling lurch from one manager to another, only to be told to get lost through lack of clear ambition.
This latest comedy show just reaffirms what we already know, ENIC have no intention to try and deliver silverware. The fans know it, Kane knows it and now Conte knows it also.
To Dare is Too Dear. ENIC OUT!
I made my decision to not spend another penny on Spurs until ENIC fack off a while ago, and I stand by that.
I feel sorry for all those that have been once again mugged into parting with their money.

Assuming all this pans out to be true - and Gold has more or less confirmed it - then it’s a very public humiliation for the club IMO. Just forgetting the utter lack of strategy in this managerial hunt that I and others have been whinging about.
Beyond that, Conte is an elite manager, one of the best in the world right now. Elite managers manage elite clubs. Being so close but failing to get him over the line then ending up with a Potter type appointment is a very public admission that we don’t have the potential, the capacity or the ambition to do anything other than tread water as a club. It’s so clear that Levy may as well put it out as a club statement. What does that say to other potential managers? Or potential signings?
And as for Kane, after witnessing this debacle if I were him I’d be driving to Spurs Lodge as we speak to clear my locker out. He is 100% better off out of it.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s 100% true Ace. How many times does Levy do this for everyone to finally see sense ? Conveniently he pulls out the Conte and Pochettino farce right before season ticket renewal. That’s now up and suddenly a day later we pull the plug on Conte. He needs to be investigated the lying c**.

Not anymore for me mate. If my parents want to buy my baby boy Spurs stuff then I won’t stop them, but under Levy and ENIC, I won’t be spending a single penny anymore with these frauds in charge. A complete farce of a football Club
Been watching the Spurs managerial search unfold from afar the last week due to an unfortunate family situation. I haven't been smiling much but I had to laugh a bit when I heard this news. Typical Levy and Spurs afraid to have someone tell them the reality of what needs to be done if we want to actually win something.

Sorry for your situation Spurtle. Onto our man Levy, we been saying it for years haven’t we ? We know this a long time ago and finally Spurs fans are seeing sense. Conte has completely shown Levy up to be the non ambition no good cheap skate c** that he is.

Thank you mate
Yeah it feels like it's just about reached boiling point with Levy after all these years of him simmering the pot with his caantishness. If we go from almost getting Conte to someone fans aren't keen on (and while I myself am ok with other options out there, many will feel anyone else available is a backwards step from Conte), then I don't know where that leaves him. Maybe with his bald head in some fan's vice.
The whole managerial search by us has been shambolic.

Great Rant!!
YUP it was a marriage made in hell, and Levy is probably happy it never happened because Conte would have likely knocked his block off in the end.
Conte wanted to win trophies.
Levy wanted to win season tickets.
Spurs will NEVER win anything under Enic.
They’ve got it easy. What other club could charge the highest ticket prices in Europe and not deliver a single trophy in nearly 15 years?
Didn’t levy himself bag an 8 million bonus recently?
Spurs fans are being completely ripped off.
LOL A Gold putting out rumours that Poch will join, then putting out rumours that Conte will join. Let`s be fair he doesn`t know any more than the rest of us.
Amazing he sucks so many gullible supporters in. He then makes out he knows why Conte is not coming. He hasn`t really got a clue, like the rest of us.
More like Conte ended his interest in Spurs!
Why would an ambitious manager go to a club that can’t match his ambitions!
Conte needs a big pat on the back over this, there ain’t many managers around that would talk themselves out of a job, they’d take it get the big wage and if they fail get a huge pay off!
