The only viable option manager wise now imo is Eddie Howe.
Now before I'm mobbed out over this I appreciate his not a big name and properly not everyone's first choice.

But after taking charge of Bournemouth on the brink of relegation from the Football League in 2008, Howe guided the club from the bottom of League Two to the Premier League for the first time in the club's history.
That's no small job to do and he probably did this on a tighter budget than we use,and no doubt lost top players to bigger clubs.

Were not gonna get Poch back this season, Conte has proved Levy is a clown with no ambition whatsoever other than lining his own pockets.

So as we're up the creek with no paddle I can't see to many other options other than Howe or Potter.

Eddie Howe was phenomenal for Bournemouth, but it’s one of the biggest examples of a club and an individual suiting each other perfectly. He isn’t a big club manager. It would be a hugely unambitious appointment and a step backwards.

I’d take Potter over Howe, but neither are exciting

Why would you prefer Potter? He hasn’t managed a big club either

Thing is Notso we're not gonna get a big name manager. We had imo one of the best young managers in the game, only for Levy to fack it up as per standard.

I wouldn't be against Howe or Potter being given a chance but at the same time I agree its hardly going to be an exciting appointment.

ENIC have made us like the fat bird at a Night Club who has the hot mate, hot girl gets all the attention whilst fatty just stands in the background taking whatever scraps she can get.

Plan C is nonsense when u don't even have a proper Plan A.

I don't want to sound a like a broken record but I reckon he is a slippery, untrustworthy and two faced man is Mr Levy.

Op. Do you think that this story has had the necessary media coverage you no doubt think it does?

Levy is Patrick Bateman

There is an idea of a Daniel Levy, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me, only an entity, something illusory, and though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping you and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable: I simply am not there.

Think Rafa is the best guy you could get now he’d be a good fit, good manager too less risky than potter or howe

LOL

Brilliant. In his head he is a bad man, making amazing appointments and setting the world alight with his trailblazing approach to football and business.

In reality he is showing himself as a cheap mentality, amateurish chairman. Who nobody really wants to do business and dreads it when they do.

Good manager Rafa but the football won't be much of a watch or improvement on what the fraudulent one served up

Yeah with all things considering I think he will firefight this mess we are in.

Steady the ship, get results but not set pulses racing etc. Maybe he can sort out the mess and Poch can come back to finish his thing off.

But the elephant in the room is ENIC. What is their plan/ambition apart from.selling for a massive £££ at the end of the day.

I think Covid has messed us as a club up so much we don't realise.

Its true this will be his speech when he appoints Martinez

His early work was a little too new wave for my tastes, but when he went to Wigan in 95 , I think he really came into his own, commercially and artistically. The whole CV has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the players a big boost. He's been compared to Mr Bean, but I think Roberto has a far much more bitter, cynical sense of humor.

It's been plan C from the off...Plan Cheap was always the way Levy was going to go

Levy is like a broken clock when it comes to appointing manages or even worse .... He just lucks it out when finding a decent one he can simply not be trusted to find the right manager. Most of us knew Mourinho would end in failure . Many of us knew appointing Conte made no sense but clearly Levy doesnt know...He hasnt a clue what he is doing.
