Showing his wife as well. Heartless.
BBC should have cut off straight away.
They are quick enough to cut away from streakers but not for a man fighting for his life. Disgusting
Apparently wasn’t broadcast on Danish TV, why didn’t they cut straight to the studio?
That was just so horrible to see.
There was an earlier shot where you could see Eriksen’s eyes as he lay on the ground. That was heart wrenching, then to see that shot of him being given CPR only a moment or two later. It was too much. It was so distressing and disrespectful. And it emphasises how disrespectful the shot of CPR actually is.
Horrible horrible moment.

Exactly. I know BBC didn’t have a say in the camera shots being shown but they could’ve reacted quicker and took us back to the studio instead. UEFA have had an absolute mare here. The fact he was receiving CPR in full view will definitely have upset some people, but his privacy especially is the issue.
I'm not one who gets outraged easily like most others but that coverage really was unacceptable. Poor sod nearly died ffs.
He is alive stabilised in hospital...that's all that matters...that he is ok.
It takes some moments for the call to be made and orders given... timing understandable.
BBC match director needs a rollicking, but that inquest can start later, first things first, and let’s hope Christian is ok and recovers.
But I’m pretty sure there will be just the standard, ‘we will learn from it, and do better’
As someone already said on Twitter, they are quick to cut away from a Streaker, so how common sense didn’t prevail here?

Obviously there are instructions given for the occurrence of streaking, initially streakers were given air time...but it was stopped.
Pitch injuries with medics are common events, and I think they were not clear about how serious this was until they saw it develop like the rest of us... easy to lay blame in hindsight...
The players, medics, fans all responded heroically.
Sad reality is this probably ends Eriksen' football career.
On the other hand, Eriksen will be grateful that his life wasn't cut-short. Scary incident.
I didn't have any issues with it, I'm sure there were many headless chickens trying to make a decision. Tough time for all.
