Inter Milan team physician Piero Volpi told The Associated Press that the Italian club was in contact with the Danish soccer federation.
“We’re in contact with the Danish federation, the team manager, the team physician. But we still don’t know anything yet,” Volpi said. “We heard what UEFA said and we’re all happy that he’s been stabilized. But that’s all we know.”
Volpi added that Eriksen never contracted COVID-19, has no medical conditions that he’s aware of and has passed every medical exam without problem since joining Inter in January 2020 from Tottenham.

Agree about Taylor. Less about the bbc, the host broadcaster deserves the criticism.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Just my personal opinion. The BBC still could’ve done more to cut away. Where’s Boris gone?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Normally, the broadcaster would realise and flip to other camera views but remain in the ground, like they do with serious injuries normally, so I have sympathy with the bbc that they’d have expected this to happen in this case too. I think the commentators and pundits dealt with it as well as they could too.

Yeah that’s what I mean. Awful to watch though. Poor lad probably won’t play again. I remember when Foé died in 2003 and thinking about it watching Eriksen. That was terrible then and still terrible now.
Culer stop being a drama queen, it was upsetting but you can't blame the BBC for this, as alway you jump in with the rest of the sheep without knowing the facts. I would say grow up but we all know on here this is not an option for you.

I still maintain the BBC could’ve cut the live feed to the stadium. Why couldn’t they?? Go back to the studio or show highlights of the previous games.
Anyway let’s not argue about that. Eriksen nearly died tonight and the most important thing is he’s alright.

Because they didn't know wtf was going on like everyone else, stop blaming and just deal with what happened.
No blame and the good news is the outcome was a good one, so as you say let's not argue about it.

I know you don’t like me which is fine
But
You’re seriously suggesting to me that the broadcaster didn’t know there was something seriously wrong with Eriksen when:
1) He looked dead
2) Players were crying
3) Fans were crying
4) Medics did CPR on him?
All of that before
5) His partner came down to the pitch in tears
You honestly don’t think the broadcaster knew there was a serious problem?
Come on Carter.
Anyway let’s not argue. Just thank God he’s ok.

Did City retire his shirt number if I recall correctly?
Not sure if this has previously been mentioned but I'm not sure the BBC have complete control over the feed. The camera, particularly in foreign countries tend to be controlled by UEFA or their own camera guys.
That said, the Beeb could have easily cut back to the studio earlier but then that's asking a lot from Lineker, Alex Scott and whoever else they had on. Don't remember. Alex was already close to tears. It's too much to ask them to go on air directly after being so shaken by the incident. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. If they'd cut to the studio we'd all be criticising them for making the pundits speak during such a harrowing time.
